Owner at Pieri Restaurants, and Conshohocken resident since 2002. Brian, a founding member of LoveConshy, has grown his restaurant group from one concept in 2009, to now having four all based in Conshohocken. Pieri Restaurants now include The StoneRose, Bar Lucca, Cerdo, and Pieri Catering. Pieri Restaurants also operates two event spaces (at Bar Lucca and Cerdo) that can accommodate up to 50 people for special events and holidays. Brian is also the President of a family foundation in honor of his Mother called the Debbie Pieri Angel Foundation. This foundation offers support for families struggling with the costs of illness or in bringing joy to those affected by illness or catastrophe.
