Gary DeMedio – Borough Liaison

Gary DeMedioBorn and raised in Conshohocken, PA, Gary attended local schools, was active in the community and school sports, played football white attending Valley Forge Military Academy, and graduated from Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School. Gary attended Villanova University prior to entering the Real Estate Business in 1972. He was brought into the business to assist the partnership between his father and uncle, Gary purchased the existing business. The business was promptly modified to include property management, insurance, and a commercial Real Estate department. The business has remained at its original location since its inception, keeping true to the intent of a prior generation. In 1999, Gary partnered with long time associates and Realtors to form ERA Platinum Realtors and added a new home division to his business. This expansion required knowledge of land purchases, zoning and approval processes, home design and residential development. Gary was also a partner and owner of Chesapeake Harbour Development Co. & Harbour Renaissance which was actively involved with the development and construction of many projects along the Baltimore Inner Harbour. Gary created T.A.B, Developers which designed, built and sold impressive high-end, custom homes. In 2009, DeMedio Keystone Realty Corp. was created and became the Real Estate Division of Keystone Developers. This project focused on economic development, main street revitalization, adaptive reuse of existing building and historic preservation funded by Public-Private Partnerships. Today, Gary continues to oversee his property management division and insurance division, and specializes in commercial sales and leasing. He is one of the top brokers representing the sale and leasing of restaurants and liquor licenses in the area. Gary is Vice President of Conshohocken Business Development Committee since its inception in 2011. He is also the President of Conshohocken Economic Development Corp. since 1989. Throughout his career Gary has served on numerous county, state and municipal boards, as well as various charity and fun raising events supporting Montgomery County and the surrounding area. He continues to be active in those areas.
