The DeMedio Agency was formed in 1944 by brothers Samuel and Anthony DeMedio as a Real Estate and Insurance Brokerage Firm serving the greater Montgmery County area.
Gary A. DeMedio joined the firm in 1972 as a fully licensed Real Estate and Insurance Broker, ultmately purchasing the firm in 1989. The company was promptly expanded to provide a full service Property Management Division, expanded Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leasing, Restaurant and Business Brokerage and Development and Commercial Insurance Brokerage.
Following many years of Real Estate Brokerge, Land Development & Construction, the DeMedio Agency further expanded its service offerings through an alliance with Keystone Companies Group of Doylestown, Pa, giving birth to the current DeMedio Keystone Realty Group (DKRG)
DeMedio Keystone Realty Group continues to serve its clients from the Conshocken location with leasing and management of residential, commercial, retail and industrial properties. In addition, it is the Brokerage arm for Keystone Redevelopment Group, L.L.C. The expanded role includes Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing, Alternative Energy and additional high-tech industries, bringing new jobs and economic vitality to many communities throughout the region.
